What time can I check-in & check-out ?

Standard check -in time = 2 PM & check- out time 10 AM

Do you allow early check-in & late check – out ?

We honour requests for early check-in & check-outs however please note applicable charges may apply for succeeding hours.

Do you offer Airport Shuttle ?

Airport transfers are available at special rate.

Do we offer catering ?

It is based on the number of in-house guests.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash, EFT, & all major credit cards

Do the rates include breakfast?

Unfortunately, our rates do not include breakfast.

Can a security deposit or full payment be refunded?

Unfortunately, we do not do refunds. We offer clients 2 months’ worth of credit with the establishment.
